Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Assist with client transfers and mobility.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications after training.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Promote independence, safety, and community involvement.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must be able to independently perform client transfers, including maximum-assistance transfers
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods
