Job summary

Success Rehabilitation, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with brain injuries across Bethlehem, Quakertown, and Dublin, PA. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with at least one weekend per week.

Full-time pay ranges $17.00–$22.00 per hour; part-time $16.00–$21.00 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, paid training, and career growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of experience working with special populations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted.
• Willing to work across Quakertown and Bethlehem locations.
• Non-smoking, drug-free and alcohol-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care & ADLs: assist with ADLs (showering, grooming, meals, toileting, transfers).
• Goal Support & Programming: implement active treatment plans and daily schedules.
• Medication Administration: assist with medications after training.
• Community & Transportation: transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Documentation & Safety: document progress, report incidents, follow safety guidelines.
