Job summary

Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers in Quakertown, PA to support adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions. No certification required, with 3 weeks of paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will work full-time or part-time across multiple shifts, with opportunities for career growth and benefits including health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience as DSP, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administering medications after training.
• Transporting individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Documenting daily progress and activities.
• Encouraging independence and personal growth.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
