Success Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Quakertown, PA to safely transport adults recovering from brain injuries and neurological conditions, while providing hands-on support to help them build independence and reach goals. Paid training provided; earn $17-$22 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients using company vehicles.
• Drive clients to medical appointments, vocational programs, shopping, recreational outings, and other community activities.
• Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles safely.
• Follow transportation and safety procedures.
• Direct Care & Daily Living Support.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Administer medications after completing paid training.
• Follow individualized care plans and behavior supports.
• Complete daily documentation and progress notes.

Paid Training Provided | Full-Time | Earn $17-$22/hr

Location: Quakertown, PA

Success Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. In this role, you will safely transport clients to appointments and community activities while also providing hands‑on support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their personal goals. If you have experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), or a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
