As a Keyholder, you will partner with leadership, supervise daily duties, and train staff on all Goodwill processes. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership to maintain a high quality donation site, image, and donor counts.
• Open and close operations, report absences, and assign duties as applicable.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
