Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. The role centers on delivering world-class customer service, maintaining a high-quality donation site, and supporting daily operations.

You will open/close as required, help lead a small team, and train to master all Goodwill processes. The position is full-time, with a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all customers.
• Partner with Leadership to maintain a high quality donation site (image, service, donor counts, security, integrity).
• Open and close as required; report absences and assign duties; manage operational functions.
