Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or donation center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Open and close as required, report team member absences, and assign duties as applicable.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill processes and standards.
• Maintain a high quality donation site image, donor counts and overall site security.
