Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service and support a dynamic donation site in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an active, people-oriented individual who can open/close shifts, coordinate duties, and uphold Goodwill processes while working across days, evenings, and weekends. Benefits focus on development and staff support within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Provides world class customer service to all customers.
• Partners with Leadership to maintain a high quality donation site.
• Opens and closes operations, reports absences, and assigns duties.
• Trains to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include:overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process
