Qualifications

• Proven ability to safely load and unload freight.
• Knowledge of loading techniques including tight load and cross load.
• Ability to read manifests and shipping forms used in freight movement.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or manually per DOT guidelines.
• Move freight and operate within service center; monitor locations using yard management systems.
• Read shipping labels and complete forms such as manifests, freight bills, and exception forms.
