Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as required.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using available equipment while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Removes trash and keeps work areas clean and safe.
