Responsibilities

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary conditions.
Operates dishwashing equipment or hand washes to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains hygiene standards.
Ensures compliance with safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels according to standards.
Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety guidelines.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with unloading.
