• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and clean; sweeps and mops floors to meet safety standards.
