Responsibilities

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or on the conveyor dishwashing line, ensuring cleanliness.
Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures and sanitation standards.
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains cleanliness of work areas.
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces; handles trash disposal.
