Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.
• Scrapes, rinses and washes dishes by hand or machine as assigned.
• Keeps dish area clean and sanitary and ensures safety compliance.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
