Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required for all day‑shift and swing‑shift positions.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Ability to meet company driver approval requirements.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support as needed.
• Willingness to complete required training and follow established safety and support procedures.
• Previous experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
• Assist with cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and help individuals reach personal goals.
• Support community outings and social engagement.
• Provide medication support according to training and procedures.
