Job summary

Living Innovations Support Services Llc is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults with IDD to live independently at home and in the community. You’ll provide daily living assistance, transportation, and support to develop life skills.

Full-time position with benefits including health, dental, and vision, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, a $1000 sign-on bonus, professional development, and full training to help you succeed in a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with individuals with IDD.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (dressing, meals, hygiene).
• Support individuals in their home and community.
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
• Help individuals develop life skills and achieve goals.
