MBK Senior Living is hiring a Server for full-time daytime hours in Riverside, CA. You will deliver high-quality dining service, attend to residents' needs, and maintain a welcoming dining room with excellent etiquette.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal and menu selections, and attend to dining needs.
• Follow dietary needs per care plans and communicate with team for safety checks.
• Ensure clean, sanitary dining areas and proper storage of supplies.
• Assist with kitchen/dining operations and stock management as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions and professional appearance.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor promptly.
