Responsibilities include meal planning adherence, safe equipment use, and collaboration with care staff. High school diploma preferred; 1–2 years cooking experience preferred; Florida AHCA background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and write required.
• 1–2 years cooking in a large-scale operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nourishing meals per planned menus.
• Follow standardized recipes and ensure sanitary preparation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (blenders, fryers, ovens, steam tables).
• Wash, peel, and prep vegetables and fruits; portion meats.
• Assist with special event meals and maintain food quality.
