Forefront Healthcare is hiring a Full-time Dietary Aide in Hagerstown, MD.

This role involves supporting the dining services team by setting up dining areas and trays, adhering to food safety guidelines, and following dietary restrictions based on residents' needs. The Dietary Aide assists the cook in meal preparation and service, ensuring residents receive high-quality service according to scheduled meal times and established policies.

Essential Job Functions

1. Assist the cook/supervisor with food preparation and service following specific procedures and regulations.
2. Deliver residents’ meal carts, set up, and clean dining areas.
3. Record refrigerator temperatures, and maintain sanitation and stock as needed.
4. Wash and store dishes, ensuring kitchen sanitation standards are met.
5. Follow federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.

Pay: $15.50 - $16/hour
