Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• 1+ years RN Telemetry/Cardiac/Observation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code teams.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control and monitor equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and standards.
• Attend audits and participate in performance improvement.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies.
