Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is hiring full-time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

The role includes administering medications, assessments, care plan updates, and documentation in the EMR, while promoting safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current, active Missouri LPN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions within scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Perform nursing assessments and update individualized care plans.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
