Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the full-time Day Shift in Riverside, Missouri. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team with opportunities to grow your nursing career.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold a Missouri LPN license in good standing, with current BLS/CPR certification. Prior skilled nursing or related experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Missouri LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, or hospital nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions within your scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician.
• Perform nursing assessments and assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Document resident care in the EMR.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
