Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside is hiring full-time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and a 401(k). Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to support residents’ comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current Missouri LPN license in good standing.
BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions within scope.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician.
Develop and update individualized care plans.
Document resident care in the EMR.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
Supervise and support CNAs.
Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety and quality of life.
Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
