Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, Missouri. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive environment for growth.

Join our team to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current Missouri LPN license in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions within your scope of practice.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician.
Perform nursing assessments and assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
Accurately document resident care in the EMR.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Supervise and support CNAs.
Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
