Job summary

The Westbrook Board of Education and Public School District is seeking an enthusiastic custodian to perform general custodial work in the maintenance of schools. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid state driver’s license, with preference for those who have experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Hours are day shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The district provides benefits per the existing contract for non-certified personnel; open until

Job description

Ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic team player, able to positively interact with the community and staff. This position requires a high school diploma/GED and valid state driver’s license. Preference will be made to persons with previous custodial experience working with cleaning equipment and chemicals. Will perform general custodial work in the maintenance of schools, may require lifting and moving of furniture and equipment.

Hours: . Day shift range within 7:00am-3:30pm; ½ hour unpaid lunch

Benefits as per existing Westbrook Federation of Non-Certified Personnel Contract.
