Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant at Vista Prairie North Pointe to provide compassionate personal care and daily support to residents in an assisted living setting.

This full-time role offers a day shift with every other weekend, competitive pay ($19.19–$22.25/hour), shift differentials, a $500 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
• Prefer 1 year of experience as RA in long-term care or assisted living

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)

• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
