Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities’ Eagle Pointe in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to provide compassionate personal care to our residents during the 5:00pm–10:30pm PM shift. You’ll help with daily activities, mobility, and emotional well-being in a supportive senior living setting.

You’ll administer medications as directed, work with a caring team, and join an organization committed to inclusive, respectful care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Senior Living experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Health-related training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being through positive, meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to daily care and resident joy on a supportive team.
