Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and develop team members.
• Experience interviewing and staffing.
• Experience in inventory control and reporting.
• Ability to supervise timecards and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety and PPE requirements.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members.
• Interview applicants to maintain staffing levels.
• Review inventory and waste levels; make recommendations.
• Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations and action monthly.
• Generate reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verify and sign off on timecards.
• Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
• Lead projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
• Follow safety requirements at accounts and use PPE as needed.
• Support a family culture and atmosphere.
