Summary: The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) fosters a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions. CSAs respond proactively to the needs of the Banking Center, support sales initiatives, and ensure compliance with Bank policies and security measures.
Location: This position is 100% in-office at designated WesBanco locations, with travel to specified Findlay area locations.
