Full Time Customer Service Advisor- Float

Location: Home office in Arlington, OH, with travel to Findlay locations, Carey, Fostoria, McComb, and Ottawa.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) fosters a positive work environment, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and performs account transactions. CSAs respond proactively to the needs of the banking center and support sales and operational objectives, including relationship building, cross-selling, and compliance with policies.
