Location: Home office in Arlington, OH, with travel to Findlay locations including Carey, Fostoria, McComb, and Ottawa.

Summary: The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) fosters a positive work environment, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and performs account transactions. CSAs support the banking center's operational and sales goals, ensuring compliance with all policies and security measures.

Location: This position is in-office, based in Arlington, OH, with travel to other locations as specified.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Model the bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge standards
  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals
  • Promote a sales culture within the banking center
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct outbound calling and promote bank products
  • Participate in community and internal sales activities
  • Support daily operational tasks and compliance
  • Build customer relationships and provide professional service
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with operational duties as needed
