A leading bank seeks a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive work environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and identify sales opportunities. This role involves relationship building, supporting sales efforts, and complying with bank policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a high school diploma or GED. Experience in banking and customer service is preferred.
Summary:
Helps foster a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports, and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance. Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions. They must be responsive to the immediate needs of the Banking Center and proactively support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and sales efforts. CSAs focus on relationship building with consumers and businesses, emphasizing daily sales initiatives. They are also responsible for complying with all Bank policies, procedures, and security measures. Their duties include operating as a CSR and supporting the banking center's sales and operational objectives.
Location:
This position is 100% in-office, based in a designated WesBanco location. The primary location is Arlington, OH, with travel to Findlay locations in Carey, Fostoria, McComb, and Ottawa.
