Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with progressive increases through Year 5.

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with average 30+ hours per week and benefits available where

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service is required.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and cash registers.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
