Star Group is seeking a Customer Care Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from an established customer base, providing consultation on pricing, service plans and billing issues. You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.

In this full-time role in Newtown, PA, you will be empowered to help customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from an established customer base.
