Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed) per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control systems and issue or retrieve badges.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and inform site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Follow visitor management procedures and protect confidential information.
