Job summary

Kuhnhenn Brewing Company is seeking a full-time cook to join our Clinton Township kitchen team. We are a family-owned craft brewery, meadery, and winery, producing bold, creative beer since 2001.

You will prep and cook menu items on the line, set up and break down your station, and ensure the kitchen stays clean and organized. You will also receive deliveries, rotate stock, and coordinate with servers to deliver hot, correct meals.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person. Your starting pay reflects your experience.
• Reliable, on time, and able to stay calm when it gets busy
• Willing to take direction and learn our way of doing things
• Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Available evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 or older
• Food handler or ServSafe certification is a plus, not a requirement

$15 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Kuhnhenn Brewing Company is a family-owned craft brewery, meadery, and winery. We've been making big, creative beer in Metro Detroit since 2001. Our Clinton Township taproom is a busy, friendly place where people come for great beer and good, honest pub food, and we're looking for a full-time cook to join the kitchen team.

Schedule

• Off Monday and Tuesday every week
• Wednesday and Thursday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Shifts include prep before opening and cleanup after close
• Steady full-time hours
• A small, family-run company where you work directly with the owners
