This is not a typical kitchen job; you will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen while upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality, all while earning top-tier hourly income.

Open Shifts (High Priority)

• Mon – Thu: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (MOST NEEDED)
• Fri: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Flexible split shifts available)
• Sat: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
• Sun: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats according to recipes.
• Cook and grill menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Support various stations (grill, fryer, prep) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform dishwashing duties and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Receive food deliveries, rotate stock, and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
• Follow all food safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
