Job summary

Kuhnhenn Brewing Company is seeking a full-time cook to join our Clinton Township kitchen team. We are a family-owned craft brewery, meadery, and winery, producing bold, creative beer since 2001.

You will prep and cook menu items on the line, set up and break down your station, and ensure the kitchen stays clean and organized. You will also receive deliveries, rotate stock, and coordinate with servers to deliver hot, correct meals.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person. Your starting pay reflects your experience.
• Reliable, on time, and able to stay calm when it gets busy
• Willing to take direction and learn our way of doing things
• Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Available evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 or older
• Food handler or ServSafe certification is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook menu items on the line, including our giant house pretzels, to recipe and on time
• Set up and break down your station each shift
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health code
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and label and date everything
• Work with servers and bartenders so food goes out hot and right
• Help with prep for private parties and special events
