Job summary

Imagine! in Colorado is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver to promote the health and welfare of participants and enable access to community activities.

You will engage participants requiring therapeutic supports and assist with daily living tasks, including transportation to community sites using company vehicles, buses, walking, or other means. You will document progress, follow Individual Plans, complete required training, and report incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• Ability and willingness to successfully complete required training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the participants.
• Assists participants with daily living supports (from minimal prompting to full support).
• Assists with toileting hygiene (from minimal prompting to full support).
• Assists participants in accessing community resources and activities, including transportation.
• Implements Individual Treatment/Behavior Plans and behavior intervention strategies as directed.
