FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate partners with the store team to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and strive for a positive, memorable experience. The role emphasizes base hourly pay plus commission based on productivity, with eligibility for Earned Wage Access and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Willingness to work with firearms and become firearms certified

Responsibilities
