Job summary

Compass Group USA, at Goodwin Procter in Boston, is hiring for full-time Cold Food (Salad) positions with a schedule of 6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and knife experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses using slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following guidelines.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
• Maintains sanitation and clean counters, surfaces and floors per HACCP and safety standards.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and inventory control.
