Eurest USA is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at the Boston Scientific HQ in Marlborough, MA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with an immediate start. Duties include preparing and serving salads, sandwiches and other cold items, and ensuring food quality and safety.

The candidate will work with the chef to follow daily production schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, compliant prep area in accordance with HACCP and ServSafe standards.

Mansioni

• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef.
• Prepares deli meats, cheeses, condiments and salads per standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between work areas.
• Maintains HACCP, sanitation and safety in prep and serving areas.
• Operates slicing machine to prepare meat and cheese slices.
