Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will provide resident care in a warm, home-like environment and support daily living activities.

The position offers a 2pm–10pm schedule with rotating weekends. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required, with opportunities for training and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedule: Part Time 2pm to 10pm, rotating weekends

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
