• Record entries using authorized facility abbreviations.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record data on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Maintain privacy and report any disclosure concerns.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready for reception and comfort.
• Assist with feeding, personal care, and daily living activities.
• Transport residents when needed and assist with transfers.
• Participate in nursing shift reports and follow policies and procedures.
• Observe for pressure areas and skin breakdowns and report findings.
