Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and services using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect health information.
