Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant in Citrus Heights, CA. You will provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan, identify residents before procedures, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband/photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report privacy incidents.
