Job summary

Beachcreekpostacute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with routine daily activities and nursing care under supervision. You will identify residents, document vitals and care notes, and assist with meals, hydration, and transfers, while maintaining safety and following care plans.

The role requires English proficiency, a valid CNA license, and the ability to lift and move residents as needed in a hospital-like setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool diploma or GED.
• License: Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to move and assist residents; able to push/pull and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo.
• Record entries on flow sheets accurately and legibly.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with passing meal trays and hydration for residents.
• Transport residents to activities, rooms, and receiving areas.
• Monitor resident safety and follow all safety procedures.
