Qualifications

• CNA certification and high school diploma required
• Experience with elderly care preferred (dementia)
• Able to assist with ADLs and daily activities

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts
• Document services provided and report condition changes to supervisor
