Benchmark Senior Living in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), Sunday through Thursday. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment and document changes in health and needs.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred, with dementia care experience valued. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
