Job summary

Community Eldercare Services (CES) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time basis (2nd shift: 3pm–11pm).

You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, obtain vital signs, and document accurately under the charge nurse. We offer competitive pay, medical benefits, 401K, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing required.
• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation under supervision of Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct care rounds and monitor residents' needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Notify Charge Nurse of any changes in residents' condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed.
• Prepare for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and uphold infection prevention.
